We cannot recommend Josh enough! After having a coop board rejection while working with another broker and a few days before we welcomed our first baby, Josh came to the rescue! He arranged to paint, stage and photograph our apartment in less than 5 days (over July 4th weekend no less). Josh made every step of our coop sale seamless.
