Q1 2024 numbers are in from Douglas Elliman and our friends at Miller Samuel Real Estate Appraisers & Consultants! We have to remember these are statistics based on the results of deals that transpired in the 1-3 months before January, but here are some take-away points:
– All prices trend indicators on par with pre pandemic levels
– Listing inventory edged lower year over year for the fourth consecutive quarter
– Sales fell below two thousand but cash sales surged for the second quarter
