Josh moved from Texas to NYC at the age of 27 to pursue a career in the greatest city on earth. He previously worked for the second largest home builder in America, and the largest privately owned companies in Texas, and further honed his skills as a sales agent. Josh is very insightful when it comes to reading statistics and observing people’s behavior, which makes him not only an excellent salesperson, but a reliable advocate for your best interest. Such attentiveness and dedication allows him to identify exactly what a client wants and expertly guide them through the process.
Specializing in the Manhattan residential market, Josh is happy to represent everyone from first-time buyers and sellers, to those who’ve done multiple transactions and investors. Outside of the workplace, he enjoys anything outdoors, hanging out with his fiancée and dog, and traveling as much as possible.
