Building Campaign

Quarterly delivered cards, targeted to high-turnover buildings with data only about transactions specific to their building.

Just Sold / In Contract / New Listing Cards

Covering recent transactions by the Rubin Team in each specific neighborhood in our farm. We currently send out 12 different cards, 1-2 cards monthly, with each card sent to mailing lists with addresses only within that neighborhood.

Quarterly Neighborhood “Market Flash” Cards

Sent at the beginning of each quarter. 12 cards sent out to mailing lists with addresses, containing data of the past quarter’s sales within 12 different neighborhoods. The same dats is then shared on social media with animated graphic delivery of the same content.

Comps reflecting the top 5 transactions in each of our target neighborhoods per month in Manhattan, plus the opposite side which features a recent transaction or new listing by the Rubin Team in that neighborhood.
