We had many prospective buyers inquire, and were able to provide plans for new building, but none were willing to take on the uncertainty of how the space would feel once construction complete. Buyer was a young family looking for more space in the neighborhood and found this to be a good value and was willing to take on risk of losing light/view as a result of the looming construction.
